LINKEDIN OPEN MIC

On September 28, 2017 Colossal Creators was one of the main collaborators and experience design for the LinkedIn Open Mic Chicago. Taking place at the LinkedIn offices in Chicago, LinkedIn Open Mic was an event to help recruit diverse professionals within the tech arena, by showcasing genuine culture on a whole new level. We enabled our  Anunna collective (Justin Mesinger, SilvNasty, Matt Muse, Tribble, J.A Medcalf, w/Collaboaraters Boi Jeanius and Lucid Creative) to assist in developing a unique Chicago experience overall, including performances, art, food/beverage, to add to the already incredibly in-house talent by featured employees in the LinkedIn Chicago office. 

Over the course of the event, 120 diverse sales and marketing professionals attended the event and added to the amazing energy brought by the Anunna collective, LinkedIn employees, and Chicago alike, making this one event to never forget!

Culture Champion Projects

Car Tunes and Cereal is a compound creative platform that elevates and unites all realms of creative talent.

An art competition consisting of 10 of Chicago's up and coming street artists each created a limited edition Cap'n Crunch Chicago themed cereal box. The two winners, Jas Petersen and J.A Medcalf, then went into the offices of Cap'n Crunch for 2 months and created a project highlighting Non Profit Organizations in the city of Chicago dedicated to uplifting creative spirits and mindsets. Using their innate talents combined with the oversight of Crunch, these artists were able to create something that will stand to continue to give brand recognition and exposure to these two groups for years to come.
